2years waiting for Pension payout

I was employed as a Financial Advisor at Sanlam Sky from 2019, I resigned 15 August 2022 till today my pension fund has not paid. I have done everything you can think off always ended up with empty promises that the fund will pay to date I have not seen even a cent from my contributions. There was a lady by the surname of Khumalo who assisted me in 2023 , she first told me there was a missing page I completed immediately and emailed to her on26/09/2023, then the story they tell everyone in order to delay payment that you are being investigated, they concluded on investigation and case was closed but still no payment due to me was paid. Since the exit of Miss Khumalo the company hired Mr Enerst Ntaba , he is always out of the office, never answers his cell phones, I have emailed him recently on the 13 September 2024 he did not reply as usual. I have proof since my first attempt on following up on payment. Nobody in Sanlam avails themselves to answer to queries. It's more than 2 years I'm not getting answers from Sanlam. I have even changed banking details, I tried notifying them of changes it's silence. I have been to head office in Houghton still I did not get much help. This thing of only investigating staff when they have exited is a serious problem, why do they not investigate employees while active but only do so when they have resigned. Is it maybe the company is dodging payment to exiting staff? I hope I'll get some answers as this delays has been giving me some health problems now, it's been years of trying to get what I have worked hard for. We all have to be assisted by the person who is way to busy to respond to us, why can't the company employ an assistant for him because clearly his Job is too much for him. How much more must we suffer, did the company really care for us? Is it only that they cared about what profits them?
