2weeks later no death payout yet Assupol

Assupol dose not deliver as per their adverts they are a lie. I had put in a Death claim 2weeks ago till this day we have not received any payout when we call we have to hold more the an hour to get someone who also can't give answers as to why we haven't gotten a payout as yet. They keep saying they will come back to us but never do. Till this day when we had to make other means to payoff funeral arrangements. Assupol is the worst I thought clientele was bad but this... I am just waiting for my claim to be paid and cancel the policy!!!
