2Pot Withdrawal delays

I did a 2pot withdrawal from my RA, when you track it, it shows payment for 22-04-2026, on the 21 April, i received a call from a customer agent would needed information to finalize payment. The last words said to me was i am busy processing your payment. When the payment didn't reflect by 23 April, i went back in and then see the date was pushed out by a month to 22 May 2026. How does this happen, not even an sms to inform me. waited 3 weeks for payment, just to be told wait 4 more weeks. This is just not right when all is in order.
