2pot waiting period
App**** for my 2pot on 20-09-2024, Sanlam confirmed they received my application on 23-09-2024 and gave me a estimation date of completion 15-10-2024 but no payment happened. After I started querying and sending emails and empty promises I received a new estimation date of completion of 05-12-2024. So for completion of process it takes 2 months and 2 weeks… 20 years a client and this is what I get… Sanlam is a joke…!!!
