Sanlam Personal loans call center is so useless.<br> I have requested for something that is simple as a statement to settle my account, for more then 10 times and I'm still waiting!!!<br> I have called the call center more then 5 times to get a quicker response and they keep me onhold for soooooo long!!! i have already wasted so much airtime.
