2022 Providemt fund IRP 5 tax return no assistance

Very dissapointed with Sanlam as a former staff member and provident fund contributor. I requested my 2022 ITP5 tax return via phone call, whatsapp and email and i got no assistancr they promised to send it but nothing even when I call I am made to hold for 1 hour then they jist drop my call im very dissapointed.please send my IRP 5 to ***
