2 Pot withdrawal service request

I sent a request for a fund withdrawal a month ago. Come the date it's supposed to be solved, they move it out by a whole 30 days still. I have tried to call, and every single time I manage to get a consultant on the phone, I don't get assistance, and they cut my call.

I have logged multiple service requests and am close to canceling all my policies with them. This is very bad customer service.
