2 - 5 days waiting time for a simple form

My partner and I requested a cession form from Sanlam Indie, the response we got via email is that it takes 2 - 5 business day or longer for them to respond to any clients.

I have never in my life heard of such poor service, not to mention they do not even have a direct contact number to call for such things

Sanlam Indie, you will have to better your service to clients as people cannot afford to waste time by waiting for 5+ business days just for 1simple form.

If this is the case and no response is received before end of business today, all policies held with you will be cancelled and our business will be taken elsewhere, pathetic service like this should not and will not be tolerated,
