141Hrs and Counting and Still No Feedback Received - Poor Service to Non-Existing

On Wednesday the 25th of March I sent a detailed request through to Sanlam Customer Care email requesting feedback on Company Lapsed Provident Fund. As the company I am working for lapsed the Provident fund and subsequently moved over to Old Mutual. However there is a balance of just over R30 000.00 with Sanlam and I noted that the funds are reduced month on month for Service and Admin Fees, thus reducing these funds. This meaning what should have been mine at retirement and the negative impact created by the contributing company, I am now losing these funds. I requested feedback from Sanlam on what my options are in reference to these funds and if I may have the option of having these funds made available for payout. But in a 141hours and counting have I sent an initial email, two follow ups and I have logged call back request on their online portal and still no one have had the professional curtesy to make contact and let me know what my options are.

Since initial email sent till now it has been 313.5 hours, it was indicated that you have sent it through to Sanlam Corporate and still no one has come back to me on what my options are. Is this just another tactic by Sanlam to cause me to lose all funds in this umbrella fund, As the contributing company has lapsed the contributions. How much longer should I still be patient.

And again, another day later, and no one from Sanlam has the professionalism to get back to me. But come the end of April my vested pot gets reduced again. because there are no company contributions being added to this umbrella fund. Guess I can kiss this funds goodbye.

Well I guess Now I need to inform people that after logging this complaint, the provident fund was removed from my profile. The funds are missing and no one is coming back to me. Now I have no record of My Provident fund and again just no answer, reply or feedback has been provided. Well, Here's to you Sanlam for *****ing R30 000.00 or losing it. As now I don't know where this funds are.

Well It took a couple of Hello Petter review's, but what an amazing Telephone call I have just had, and that is all I wanted. Just someone to listen and give feedback on my concerns regarding a Lapsed Company Provident fund, The Lady whom just assisted me was the most understanding and the most amazing person to talk to. I am not able to remember your name now, but as soon as I get your email with the statement will I most certainly rewrite a new review applauding the service I received from this lady.
