This a feedback I got from Sanlam but firstly I would like to thank Lesley-Ann Blandt for everything but the lady you referred me to was not helpful instead she very self centred and didn't want to reason. I’m very disappointed with the out come. She said she will call be back but I’m still waiting for. What I fail to understand is why should I wait for 18 months for me to increase my monthly income on my living annuity while is said the review is done yearly. What makes my review different? I’m diagnosed with 3 chronic diseases and have a daughter who’s very sick. I have funds that I can’t access I rely on the money to take care of my health and my child. And on top of everything I can’t even get help where my morning is. How does this help me if I can’t keep my own child alive.. and sadly you forced to take a living annuity but it doesn’t make life easy.
