no wiring diagram on thier products

i bought their product and they have failed up to date to offer me a wiring diagram for a zx70mk2 they keep on making promises about delivering it but nothing had materialize. i do believe as a client i'm entitled to receive a wiring diagram just like when you buy a new car radio and you don't want an agent to fit it for you.
