Hired Toilets have not been collected for a week

I hired toilets for a function that I had on the 18 September 2015 . When they were delivered they firstly refused to bring them down to where I want them .So I had to get neighbours to help me carry them down .Now they will not be fetched ,as the manager said he will let them rot and smell in my Yard .This is outrageous . My children are getting sick as this has become so unhygienic for us . Someone help
