SANI doesn't lift he hold on deposits

Rented twice in the last month from SANI Cape Town Airport. The first time, it took close to 3 weeks to get my deposit hold lifted. The second time, they just ignore you and dont respond to emails and it's already outside the contractual 14days to refund the deposit.

Im looking for alternatives after 5 years of renting with them, they have just become so erratic. A few months back, their Pretoria branch took more than t weeks to refund
