Very unhappy customer

My wife took delivery of one of their vehicles june 2025. Recently we noticed paint peeling from bodypanels and realised that this vehicle might have been in accident and been resprayed. They never disclosed the info with us. Now that we raise the concern with them they keep on saying we were suppose to return the vehicle within the 7 day period. Paint doesnt peel in 7 days time it takes a few months. We dont want a vehicle that was involved in accident or resprayed. Totally unacceptable. Guess the ombudsman will have to be informed
