Sani rent to buy dangerous

Sani Rent to buy located at 153-155 North RAND Road accused me of faking a bank stamp after I paid them my deposit amount of R13000-00. They requested that I go to the Fnb bank to get my latest statement stamped, after I got the stamp I went back to their premises and submitted the statement along with my payment of R13000-00. They then called me to sign a contract, before I could sign it They accused me of faking the stamp and that I have friends at the bank whom i work with to fabricate statements. They threatened to call the police on me. I then requested that they call the police, they failed to do so. Soo I went to the Boksburg North police station to submit a letter of demand for my refund they said I signed and it will take 7days. I requested my refund again arguing that the contract or the piece of paper I signed is null and void. I am still awaiting my deposit. They are rude and their agents are also misleading since they called me to collect my car then the next thing they trick me with further requirements unknown to me.

They deceived me in many ways. They informed me that all my documents are in order and I should come to collect my car. Then on arrival they deceived me in requesting that one of their drivers accompany me at my bank to see if I really did receive the bank stamp from my bank. Which is a *****ulent request. The manager called me a *****ster in the presence of his employees and ****orkers. And said all my documents are *****. And one of his workers recorded a video while the manager made threats to beat me and kill me. His workers were pushing me and shoving me on the video.
