Poor delivery schedule and delay tactics

The worst received my package from DHL, called me on Friday checking my address only to find out they'll come the same day and driver turned from the gate claiming not to be sure about the address and didn't have my numbers imagine, parcel scheduled for Monday between 8 and 12 waited morning around 8 received a wattsapp from them and at around 10 received a call from them from then it's now 14:05 since I've been waiting for a scheduled delivery I had to pack everything for the day and wait for something that I don't know if it will ever come while I was promised to be the first person to receive my delivery till now I'm still waiting
