Extremely poor service and goods received damaged

Sani Pass Carriers except parcels from other couriers for an address they have no intention of delivering to without additional charges. They do not deliver more than 5km from thier office, but except parcels where the address is 26km from their office.<br> <br> Lately a parcel arrived at Sani Pass Carriers from Takealot for delivery to my address. They stated that they will not deliver without additional charges. I did not received the parcel and when I followed up they stated that they had been told to return the parcel to the supplier, which as it turns out was a complete lie. <br> <br> When I contacted the supplier they stated the parcel had been delivered incorrectly and another person had signed for it, when my name was clearly on the address. After much frustration and many emails with Takealot, the goods were delivered by Sani Pass Carriers, again to the wrong person next door who kindly brought it over to me. When the package was opened the goods were found to be damaged. I saw the delivery motorcycle go next door, and the way he was driving I am not surprised the goods were damaged.<br> <br> Sani Pass Carriers are absolutely atrocious to deal with.
