Wrong move

Last Friday, I picked up a rental car from their Sandton Radisson Blue, Gautrain Hotel branch at 10am, but I rescheduled for 1pm due to a delivery. When I arrived, Gift assisted me and I pointed out some scratches and chips on the car, but he assured me they weren't a concern. The rental agreement stated a hold of R3801 on my credit card, but R3900 was actually held. Despite raising the issue, I was ignored due to time constraints. I returned the car Monday at 10am with a full tank and no new damages, but instead of receiving the release of funds into my credit card, I was debited R313 this morning, with no explanation. This experience has left me unwilling to rent from them again.
