Worst Experience Ever - Sani Car Rental

This is the worst experience I have ever faced as a customer in my life. I felt ******, ****med and abused. Cheap comes together with complications.

First, when I arrived to collect the booked vehicle, it was not available and I faced a delay of 2 hours as we had to be shuttled from one branch to another to locate the vehicle. The branch manager at Randburg blatantly **** that they had been trying to get hold of me for 3 days to inform me of this.

Secondly, the vehicle checks at collection and drop off were wildly different leading to them saying there was missing part which would go through claims for a decision. I thought I would be consulted after the process but they went ahead and deducted R1 600 from my deposit for a missing centre cap with a badge. At Toyota, the badge costs R188! Had they consulted before charging me, I would have simply bought from Toyota for R188 and replaced it, but they chose not to communicate.

Although mishaps happen, they choose to ***** over their customers at every possible turn, without a care.

I will however fight this to the end because they can’t be this unjust and get away with it.

Also, you have to fight them to get your deposit back.

I wish I had read their reviews but got burned for giving them business.

I will keep you updated, I’ve had to go to their offices 5 times now for this.
