STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH!!!!!!

I had the displeasure of renting a car from the Cape Town Airport branch.

Firstly they could not use my Capitec Credit card for the deposit, so I had to pay a deposit. In order to facilitate a faster refund I was asked to complete a form with my banking details.

The car was returned on a Saturday and the deposit return was followed up on the Tuesday, I was told that it takes 1-7 days.

I will not go down the path that I had to follow and the bs that I was told. Suffice to say after 12 days they still cannot produce a proof of payment, largely I would say due to thefact that it has not been done.

I am now looking at having to lay ******** charges and referring the questionable deposit practice to the financial authorities
