Unfair Business Practice

I returned a vehicle on the 11th of March and till today my funds have not been returned to the credit card from the holding fee. Every call I make I am given a story of some sort that they looking into the matter and will consult with the bank to release the funds.

Somehow Sani is associated with Thriffty of which I had the same issue on my last rental and being charged for fuel shortage. I guess theses guys operate in this manner falsely charging customers and delaying paying back holding fees.
