Unexplained deductions

I recently hired a vehicle from SANI SIXT Car Rental ( East London Airport) and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon returning the car, I ensured it was filled up with fuel, yet they charged me for additional fuel without any explanation. To make matters worse, they made deductions from my deposit without communicating what the charges were for.

I attempted to contact their customer service for clarification, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. This lack of transparency and accountability has left me feeling frustrated and deceived.

I expected clear communication and fairness, and unfortunately, SANI SIXT failed to meet these basic expectations. I would caution anyone considering renting from them to be vigilant about checking their billing and your deposit.
