Unacceptable Delay in Deposit Refund from Sani Car Rental

I rented a car from Sani and returned it on 18/06/2024 at the George airport branch. Despite contacting the branch on 01/07/2024 and being assured by Trevor Jacobs that Ammara Bhayat would process my refund, I have yet to receive my deposit back. Today marks the 16th day since the car’s return. This delay is unacceptable. While Sani might be slightly more affordable than competitors, the service falls short. I do not recommend renting from Sani.
