I would like to nominate Trudie as the employee of the year, her service, patience and overall professionalism was over the top. Because of her my business will always go to Sani rentals. She is the creme at the top of the cake.

After being failed by my clumsy bank (African Bank) and other customer service people at your customer service when my issue landed on Trudies lap not only did she make it her mission to solve it, she took the step to call my bank on my behalf, process refund immediately the bank couldn't help and also made a follow up call to make sure I received my funds. I'm impressed.

Give her a Bells or better yet a raise!!!
