Treated with contempt, unauthorised funds removed from my account, no contact, no accountability and I was treated with utter contempt by every single staff member. Disgusting

These guys did not give me back my deposit or the refund for the three days I did not use the car as I returned it early. They claim I scratched the rim and so they have *******LY taken an extra 3k off my bank account, kept my 3.5k deposit and not returned my money for the extra days I didn’t use the car, I was treated by the inspector with utter contempt as if I was caught shoplifting. These service people totally avoided me no refused to look into my face as if I committed a crime. This is not only the worst and unfriendly service I have ever received but they have literally taken nearly 8k from me for a Toyota aygo tyre rim, which I still say I did not scratch! Manager refused to speak to me in English and slammed the phone down. I am still waiting for someone to contact me no no one has. My bank FNB just looked them to remove an extra 3k from my account. No accountability at all
