They simply do not care to refund my deposit

I have paid a deposit of R8700 on the 29th of June. I returned the rental on the 7th of July yet am still waiting (2 August) for my deposit to be refunded. Worse than this is the flippant attitude of the refund department who will not tell me when I will receive my money back. I have phoned and sent countless e-mails but until now am no wiser to when I well get my money back. I have established a firm believe they are purposefully avoiding and ignoring my queries.

I also regret not reading these reviews before doing business with Sani.

Never again!!!
