The Worse Vehicle Rental

This company is holding my refundable deposit for almost a month now and has been going back and forth via email with so many excuses not to pay it out as stipulated in the contract of +- 14 working days. There has been not one responsible person that has assisted me , it has just been passed onto someone else who end up not replying to emails or calls. It's been highly frustrating and disgustingly bad customer service. I strongly do not recommend doing business with this company.
