STAY AWAY FROM SANI RENTALS! *******!

I was forced to rate a single star...was hoping for the disaSTAR option!! Never book with SANI - I booked a car several weeks ago and was charged for an extra day even though I clarified that I will take the car earlier (30mins) before the scheduled time ONLY if there was no additional costs to my quote - Lo and behold, I was charged for the extra day! Upon query, I received excuses and unrelated policies indicating that the front desk system was different from the booking system, inter alia. Escalation was just as useless even to Norman the Customer Service Manager who was non-responsive! To date, I await resolution and my refund!!! R8k!!! Enjoy the interest (amortised by all clients)!!!
