STAY AWAY FROM SANI CAR RENTAL! YOU WILL CRY TEARS FORM THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE!

SANI Car Rental charged me for an extra day, claiming I was 15mins late. Upon my investigation I discovered that although we are charged from the time you sign the agreement (not collect car), we were further delayed in collecting the car owing to being parked in by their other cars! We were eventually able to collect the car 30min later than the time on the agreement. (video footage of my pre-trip inspection confirms this)

Video footage I took of the car inspection (with time stamp) was shown to SANI. They confirmed their error after doing their own internal investigation. Now suddenly they're saying no refund is due!!!

Stay away from SANI if you don't want trouble. I should've read the reviews, but my years old blind loyalty to DOLLAR THRIFTY fooled me.

UPDATE: SANI car rental's Audit Manager has placed a "Do Not Rent" on my name. I found out when I attempted to make a booking again (yes, stupid me). Online booking went through, my credit card was charged, and received screen confirmation of reservation with reference. The following morning I receive a call from a consultant informing me that my booking didnt go through because I'm on a "Do Not Rent" list. ALL BECAUSE I DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK (AS PER ABOVE) FOR THE ADDITIONAL DAY I WAS INCORRECTLY CHARGED! A MISTAKE THAT EVEN SANI CONFIRMED, BUT STILL HAVEN'T RETURNED MY MONEY!!!
