Slow deposit release

While the service at the Airport kiosk was all good, this Rental Company appears to ‘sit’ on your holding deposit for a significant period. I returned the vehicle on 12 Nov and the deposit hold is yet to be released on my bank account as at 29 Nov. The explanation is that is due to my banks slow processing, but personally don’t buy that this is due to my bank. My bank doesn’t have the same delay when I have done business with another rental company. Pity, but first and last time using Sani for me.
