Shocking treatment.

I am writing the post with pain in my heart due to the lack of action or any form of professionalism by Sani Fleet rental.A accident happened on the 19/08/2018 Involving one of your company vans Np 200.Your company van crush into my immobile car shortly after the aciendent I went with the driver to make a accident report and he then wrote a letter confirming that he was at fault and takes full responsibility for the damage to my car.then the next day I called the office's off Sani Fleet rental to find out the procedure with regards to claiming for damages to my car,after being taken form piller to post I eventually was put in contact with a Lady by the name of Douwlina.She then asked for a accident report and I then told her I would send her that information via email along with pictures of the accident.The very next day the 21/08/2018 I went back to the poilce station to get a accident report I was then told i can not have a copy of the police I only need the aciendent report number for a insurance claim .The very next day on the 22/08/2018 i compiled my email that had the accident report and all pictures the both cars and licence disk information.I did not receive any confirmation that she had reviced my email .The very next day 23/08/2018 I had to call your offices to confirm she had reviced my mail.after getting ahold of her ,She then confirmed that she did,then she asked for a accident description in my own words ,witch I didn't understand why however I aggreed,and in this email she sent me she had now copied a person by the name of Mohammed. I then compiled a email with regards to the events of the aciendent. I sent it to Douwlina on the 29/08/2018. Again I did not receive confomation that she revieced my email.I waited for a responce until Monday 3/09/2018 I still no responce. I then sent a email asking Douwlina for any feed back with regards to my claim, i still didn't receive any responce form Douwlina or Mohammed.The very next day on the 04/09/2018 i sent one e-mailing asking for any kind of feed back. Still no responce at all.and finally 05/09/2018 today this morning I sent a email asking for feed back once again.And at no responce.

I fail to understand is the way a company like Sani Fleet rental treats people that have been wronged by some using one of your hired vans. I am the victim here and i am being treated with no respect at all by Sani fleet rental.I have with out transport do more then two weeks now. I dont think Sami Fleet rental care at all with regards to victims ghat have wronged due to your cars in the streets. I feel this is disgraceful and the shocking bussines practice .Me as the victim has to be runnig around after Sani Fleet rental. I am going to be posting my story on every platform I have acess to until this matter is resolved.unfortunately I do not have the funds to take a company like Sani fleet rental to court because i believe this company is taking advantage because I am a simple man on the street.
