I rented a car yesterday from sani. They didn't make me aware of any additional charges and that's why my bill sp high.
As such I've tried calling them and they have the nerve to tell me I signed for yet I was not given any explanation on the charges.. I even asked the person why its so high and they didn't explain properly.. I want my refund back and will not be paying for things I didn't agree to. This is unacceptable how they try *****ing people's money .. its not fair nor ethical .. I will not rest until me refund is received

At the time of checkout, it was clearly communicated that the rental included full comprehensive cover, and the agent thoroughly went through the terms and conditions with you. This is a lie agent did not explain any charges to me and just told me to sign knowing full well they charged me extra .. I want a refund as I am not happy with the additional costs, its my right to change
By signing the rental agreement, you acknowledged and confirmed your understanding and acceptance of the rental terms. I had no understanding of my rental terms and will not accept these charges
This is the message sani is sending me starting that I agreed to further charges, it is unacceptable and unprofessional on their behalf. Why would I lie about this .. I even told them to check my previous rentals and see if I've ever taken on these charges. They trying to play the blame game with me which I find unacceptable and unfair
Sani tells me I can't get a refund because its already paid .. yet at the time I realized this had happened which was Sunday 29 june . There's still 5 days left on rental and all those charges must be reversed , i always use sani and moe when its time to help out the customer they'll do anything to cover themselves .. this is very unfair and I hope it gets sorted before further escalation

30 Jun 2025, 10:49Sani are cheating customers into paying higher rentals and I will not stop with until I get my refund for 5 days on the additional charges.. I would.not be fightin this if I wasnt right.. dont ***** my money
