SANI Rentals don’t return your deposit!!!!!!!!!

I won’t say much as yet, unless these people don’t respond, but I have enough following on Twitter to make them trend. Moral of the story is they haven’t returned a deposit paid by my fiancé when they rented a Nissan Almera in Cape Town. This happens two weeks ago and our deposit is still not back.

My fiance and sister in law have been in talks with our bank and Nicola Goosen from SANI, but no progress. We want a response today and we want payment today.

You are a big company and I checked your references first before they booked you. I gave them the go ahead, and clearly I was wrong. 😑 You are ******* and you even have a credible website.

Let’s how quick you respond to this review. That too, will say a lot about your service to your customers. Do better.
