Sani rentals disgusting service

I hired a car at Sani rentals on the 19th June 2024 and returned it back on 20th June 2020 I ve been waiting for my deposit as from 20th June been calling them to check when am I receiving my deposit even today I have not received the payment yet. I called the head office 4 times I don't get proper response of when I'm I receiving my refund. Their service is so disgusting when it comes to refund deposit
