Sani Rentals Boksburg

Sani rentals rent out faulty vehicles , then they took 5 days to fix the vehicle costing me exta money in accommodation food etc. The temporary replacement vehicle they gave had worn rear shocks , non existent brakes on the rear. The vehicle was also not licenced for the road as its licence had expired. One hour after a received the replacement vehicle which took 6hours to arrange someone rode into the left back of the vehicle with a light bumper bashing . When reporting the incident to SAPS I realised the vehicle was not licensed to be on the road. What if someone was gravely injured and police checked the licence disc, well I would have been arrested , luckily not the case. The point is that if their rented vehicle did not have a rusted fuel pump which broke down I would not have had to take the replacement car and would not have been in that area when an idiot rode into the back of me . However Sani wants to charge me for that repair yet they were the cause of it by renting out inferior vehicles that break down . So typical they want to hold my R6500 deposit when they have caused me financial loss in having to stay 4 nights longer than I should have waiting for them to get the vehicle fixed. Wonder if I will be reimbused for that ?????? So due to that car being unlicenced it should not even have been given to me . So Sani should carry that cost due to them risking me getting into serious trouble if someone was hurt in that bumper bashing .

The manager at Sani fleet actually had the audacity to tell me the vehicle they gave me worked so I must fix the dent even though the vehicle was not licenced for the road and their original vehicle broke .
