Sani Rental King Shaka: Worse experience ever!!

This was by far the worse experience ever, I will never use or advise anyone i know to use this company!!

I Booked a car online for pick up at Sani King Shaka, only to get to the airport and find the car allocated to me with faulty head lights(not working), mind you this was at night so i needed lights.

They advised their depo was closed already(as it was after hours) so i had to wait for the person who had the keys to the depo, to drive from their home, open the depo, prepare and check another car for me and bring it to the airport.

There was another car available at the airport in a different category and was willing to pay the difference with some sort of discount seeing this was not my fault. but No, they were not willing to meet me half way, instead they told me i had to wait for this other car.

I got to the airport at 19:00 and left just after 22:00 because i had to wait for this other car. At this point i was pretty much stranded because i had already paid the deposit and the rental and was told even if i cancel with them, my money would only be returned 7-10 days later, which meant i did not have cash flow to rent another car from a different rental company.
