SANI No go for Car rental

Rented a car with Sani Car Rental with my Wife, the rental was for a month, starring 10 April to 10 May 2025. On the 29th April my wife received a call to return the car although the we were still on our rental period.

On the 6th the Sani sent their car recovery unit to my house to fetch the car, I had just gone over the free kilometers with less than 50km and I was told I had exceed with more than 3000 km. When I refused that they take the car I was then threatened that they will bring the police.

According to the signed contract, you only get an invoice after you have returned the car, but the car was taken even before the date I was suppose to return the Car. With extra charges amounting to the same figure as the rental that was paid already. No explanation on the remaining days that were already charged, and they kept taking money from our account.
