SANI Centurion! Very unprofessional and lack of transparency! Be aware!

Friday 13th Dec I called to say I won't make the drop off time. A lady answered and I asked her what would that entail. She said not a problem they will charge you and extra day. I was happy to pay for the extra day. The morning of 14th, on my way to drop the vehicle. I got a call, and they said I now have to pay a penalty of R1000.00. I am aware it was probably in the contract. But the lady on the phone could have told me this when I spoke to her yesterday. She could have given me an extension right then and there as I re**** on her to tell me what the implications are for me bringing it in one day later. Very unprofessional! Even though you are very busy. Read their fine print! Their people won't assist you in this regard.
