SANI CAR RENTALS IS A ****

This business must be closed because they are ****ming people. I returned their car on 4 July and they still have not paid my refund of R 6900.00. They eventually send an email with questionable proof of payment, a computer screen shot as proof that my deposit has been refunded. After the ten day period I had to wait, almost three weeks because that excludes the weekends and holidays, no funds came into my account. I called them and they asked for my bank statement so their "audit team" can check. They are now ignoring my emails and when I call, the person I ask for is never available and others do not know what is going on. I do not know what else to do.
