Sani car rentals disappointed me

Hi! I rented car at Sani months ago in Eastern Cape Phalo airport. I have been asking them to send my deposit back but I still haven’t received it. When I call head office they seem to not know when I can expect my money back. They keep telling me that they will get back to me… but I haven’t heard from them. I’m very disappointed in Sani! Their service is really bad. When I contact them via IG I don’t get any responses.
