Sani Car Rental - You should be ashamed!

I have been waiting since 28 June 2024 for my refund on my car rental. This has been the poorest and most unprofessional conduct that I have experienced from a service provider, ever. On 6 August it was acknowledged by Suleman Sader that the refund is due and that it has been processed., yet today 18 August no refund has materialised. It has now been 7 weeks since I requested the refund. Absolutely dismal and not acceptable!!
