Sani Car rental- worst customer service

Bad service, unfriendly personnel. Booked a vw polo and was given something else. Asked to exchange for something better, and was rudely told that no other cars are available in Gauteng in it’s range. I also cannot upgrade to something better. Never again Sani Hatfield! Worst customer experience.
