SANI Car Rental - OR Thambo AIrport ! - Be aware they steel your money

A am absolutely disgusted with this car rental company and advise people to stay away from there ******* ,I rented a car from them in April 2024 paid the rental price for two days ,on arriving at OR Thambo Airport (this is where they are situated ) I was told that the rental payment was not received and I paid them a second time thinking ok it didn't go through so I paid again plus I had to pay for the deposit of R 3800.00 of which I was told that it will be returned after 7-10 working days .I returned the car ,waited the 10 days ,it didn't come so I waited an extra week ,another week passed so I contacted them by phone and via email ,I received an email said it would be and was logged on the 25th April 2024 and today is the 10 May and still my deposit is not paid back so not only did I pay twice for the rental but also the deposit that's R 4600.00 I am not rich so the money is for expenses So disappointing that ******* like SANI Car Rental (south Africa) are allowed to operate in an International Airport like OR Thambo .SANI Car Rental please pay me back the money you owe me
