SANI CAR RENTAL NO WAYS!!!!

Hi, Unfortunately, had to do a Rating - they are not worth even -5. My son did a car rental in Cape town when he went away with his now Fiancée to get Engaged... Their experience and mine as well - is crazy they are out to "***** Money" from unsuspecting people! We have tried telephonically and via e-mail to ask them for the rest of his deposit back and not even a response from anyone!!!!! I have all proof of communication and still after requesting feedback nothing forthcoming - I just don't want anyone else getting caught in their web of lies. Thanking you Regards Melinda Da Mata
