Sani Car Rental - Deposit *****s

My on-line deposit at the time of the rental booking was never allocated to my rental contract. On collecting of the vehicle I paid the full deposit (instead of the reduced outstanding amount). I have now tried in vain since 28 of June to get my "overcharged deposit" refunded to me. Adele Paruss, Moaaz and Suleman do not provide any feedback or responses unless asked and prompted for a response. It is really extremely disappointing that I have to beg for my funds to be returned, especially since the error was on their side.
