Sani car rental Deposit Issue

Shocking service. Want to extend my monthly rental. Refuse to carry my deposit over for the next months rental. Therefore while they have my current deposit, I must pay another deposit for the same car I want to hire for another month. Constant complaint regarding refunding of deposits. Think they should be investigated.
