SANI CAR RENTAL - bad service

In February 2024, I rented a car from SANI CAR RENTAL, in Hatfield, Pretoria, for about 2 months. At first, everything went well, but at the end of the rental, when I was passing through a street inside my ******inium, a driver who was reversing out of the garage hit the side of my car, near the left rear door, causing minor damage. Obviously, it was not my fault. After the report was filed, I later heard from SANI that they would do their best to resolve the problem. A few weeks later, I tried to contact the company by phone and they said that the person in charge was not available, but would call back later, but they never did. I tried to contact them again by phone in the following weeks, including via WhatsApp, and was completely ignored (the phone calls were no longer answered and the messages were not rep**** to). Later, when I checked my spam folder, I saw an email from the company informing me that I was responsible for the damage and that the repair costs would be deducted from my credit card, which they did (R 5,000.00!). To this day, the company has not answered my phone calls and I, even though I was not at fault for the accident, had to bear these costs. I would like to express my complete dissatisfaction with SANI CAR RENTAL, and I will never rent a car from them again.
