Sani car rental A ****!!!!!

Sani car hire is a ****. I hired a car in January for a day and later extended by another day. Second fee was deducted on my account, but my deposit was never returned. When I query with them, they are telling me I should contact the bank. completely removing themselves out of it. Till today I have not received my deposit. to make matters worse they deducted a fuel levy, even though I filled up the car. I am so angry with this service and will be taking this to all the social media platforms.
