SANI car hire Harfield and STANDARD BANK

Hired a car from SANI car hire Hatfield Pretoria on 14/02/2025 and returned on 17/02/2025,till to date 25/03/2025 have not received my deposit and I’ve been communicating with their Representative Mondli on two different occasions and he tells me he has spoken to Standard Bank and they have told him it’s would be returned in 72 hrs but that has failed to transpire,and I’m not happy with both companies.
