Sani brand wrecked.

Thrifty car Rentals has fallen apart. Booked via call xentre Nathan who promised to send confirmation via email. No email received. Arrived in CT and no booking reference on system. Tried to call Nathan and after 6 calls waiting on average 5 mins no response nor any help from the Call Centre. The Manager Abdul was hiding in his office from the storm of about 4 other customers with same issue. Queue was at least an hour wait- one customer said she was there for 2 hours. I have supported Thrifty-now rebranded Sani for 20 years here and internationally. Obviously they have fallen apart and will probably need to rebrand again cos Sani brand is being destroyed.
